All emails are answered and registration emails are automatically sent.

If you did not receive a reply within 48 hrs; please email support@northglide.com with an alternate email address and include the email address that was first used.

The registration emails are AUTOMATICALLY sent as soon as the order arrives (usually within 5-10 minutes from the time of purchase).

• The alternate email address must reside on a different domain (e.g. if your mail is user@aol.com then the email address user2@aol.com will not work and you will still not get your registration message).

Yes, even when:

1. Everybody else can email you.

2. We successfully emailed you in the past.

3. The email is not found in the Junk folder.

4. There seems to be no problem with your ISP/mail provider.

Change your email to a less-aggressive (i.e. SPAM filtering) one here. Then, you can receive your original registration email here

At the present time, the following popular domains are the most problematic ones (domains shown in red are very unreliable for long periods of time):

- Comcast
There is an ongoing problem with Comcast's blacklist which is very well known to many other companies as well. Some emails will be delivered and some will not. Please Complain to Comcast about not being able to receive legitimate email including your registration message. Comcast customer service is unresponsive to many of our requests. More than 30 emails have been sent from multiple locations to blacklist _at_ comcastnet@cable _dot_ comcast _dot_ com in the past year or so in order to solve this problem, but they have been ignored. "Great" service, Comcast.

- aol.com - VERY UNRELIABLE (AOL decides which emails are considered SPAM for their customers).
- cox.net
- verizon.net

- .org emails using vicious SPAM filters which flag just about anything with the word 'Software' as SPAM.
- University, .edu, emails (never use .edu emails for anything BUT university material)
- redshift.com
- Hotmail
- Any other free web mail service
- Work/office/corporate addresses
- ....many others

No problem, so far, with the following:

- Gmail
